Consequently, who fails in this job?
What do you consider the most important day to day activities of the role?
What is the most challenging aspect of the job?
What are the projects scheduled for the first 6 months?
What are your expectations of my achievements in the first 100 days?
What will you expect me to have achieved in the first 6 months?
What are some of the biggest challenges the business/department are facing and what will be my role as team member in tackling them?
Remember to take good notes of the answers as they will serve you well either in a follow up interview with the same company or similar roles.
